G.I play multiplayer with my two friends. I am going to marry friend 1. Can friend 2 marry an NPC? Sorry but i can't explain better.

I believe so. I don't see a reason why marrying one friend would prevent the other from marrying an NPC. As far as I know, nothing about this would interfere.

I second this. Yes, your friend should be able to marry an NPC in multiplayer.
