I have been playing the new update released on the switch, and had a bug happen last night. (Honestly found it pretty amusing, but thought I'd report!) My spouse followed me through the town(s), as if I was still home.
The only pattern that I noticed, is that Shane came out of the bus both times - in town and in the desert.
