Unless I missed something, but the ability to upgrade your husband's/wife's room! For example, Maru could have a science experiment section as well as a tinkering section, a little decoration sprinkled in, etc. With the new room there could possibly be new things they do within it as well (at certain times on certain days), and a few new interactions/dialogue too.
(ALSO, more of a thought than anything*) Children growing up past being a toddler, helping on the farm (filling water bowls), doing odd jobs around town (helping Marnie with her own farm, volunteering at the health clinic, stocking shelves at Pierre's), going to the city for college (or not, instead you could assign them to a cabin to live at home), sending postcards home, etc. *more of a thought meaning I'm not sure if that could fit within vanilla Stardew or should stay more of a modding situation! it could be that you can have the option to not let them grow up past toddlerhood, but if you do let them grow up then your marriage is irreversible/divorce is remembered so that the kid(s) can go around town?
