Issue Updated a bunch of mods, now game keeps crashing

Fair warning- this is a long post. I've tried a lot of things and whatever is causing the issue is very unclear, so I've included all of the information. Probably don't bother with this one if you're not feeling extremely patient.

Been playing with mods for a while now and I absolutely love it. Playing with mods is such a game changer, and as soon as I started modded Stardew quickly became the only game I wanted to play. I was nervous at first because I am not even a little bit skilled with technology, but I watched some tutorials and I've been successfully modding through vortex for about four months. I'm up to about 215 at this point and until now have experienced almost zero issues.

However recently I went through a mod updating spree- I just updated anything that vortex said was outdated as well as added a few new ones, and ever since my game is basically unplayable. It will load initially but then every time I enter or leave my house the next screen takes about five minutes to load. This is a timed five minutes, not it feels like I've been waiting a long time five minutes. Sometimes it seems that time passes in game while I'm waiting, sometimes it doesn't. I'm super bummed, I am really invested in this playthrough and have amassed a million gold, but I've disabled and reverted to old versions so many times I'm starting to think all I can do is delete everything and start over from scratch. Oddly it seems to only be affecting the farmhouse and my personal farm. Every other screen seems to load immediately. Lnh's gorgeous barn and coop are loading fine.

I did try starting a new profile and game save in case the file I'd been using was somehow corrupted, and the same thing happened, so it has to be one of the mods. Because it seems to only be affecting my farm I disabled the immersive farm and chose the standard farm for the new file, but the same thing happened. Apparently the mod for the farmhouse I use has an "updated" version that's a lower number than one of the other versions, but I've tried both versions and neither resolved the issue.

Next I go into explanations about the logs and what I've already tried. If you want to read the logs fist you can scroll to the bottom.

It's confusing because whatever's causing the problem doesn't seem to be being caused by any issue that can be identified through the smapi log. It told me to update a bunch of mods that don't have newer versions, and every mod it mentions in red are ones that were already installed before and not causing any issues. The integrated minecarts mod is working perfectly fine- any place I select even in the expanded maps like ridgeside and east scarp all load immediately with no issues. I don't want to install the "required" mods that smapi suggests for that one because at least one of them hasn't been cleared by the virus scanner. But that one I've been using for months. The supposed "required" mods for the sugar beet artisan mod don't have vortex versions which is why I selected the beets only one specifically, as the mod page says it doesn't require them. This one I've also had for months with no issues and have made plenty of beet sugar with it, so I don't think it's the problem.

The fairy gnome one is tricky. I've had that one for a while as well, though newer than the others, and it seems to work fine. The warning about is this a crop or fruit tree it doesn't exist has been there for a while as well and wasn't causing any issues with gameplay. But someone in another thread suggested that I go into the json manifest for the dga file and add square brackets around the ["Nexus:17706"] part, which I did. It didn't impact performance. Strangely the adorable little gnome houses seem to load fine either way. I thought perhaps I was getting the gnome and mushroom houses mods confused, I have a lot of Wildflour mods, but only disabling the gnome houses removed them. This didn't help gameplay either.

I've experimented with reverting back to older versions of any mod that had older versions- there were a lot because I only do this about once a month- but none of that seemed to help. On my very first playthrough after the new installs my game crashed when I went into the cellar and at first it seemed like reverting to older file versions had kept it from crashing entirely, but it's possible I just didn't wait the full five minutes for it to load initially, because if you try messing with it while it's loading it does say not responding. Thus I've reverted back to the updated version of all of the files. The only ones I can't revert back to are the ones that make you delete the old version instead of transfer between versions, and as I don't remember which mods I updated that way so I have no clues about any other mods that could be involved in causing my issue.

I did try to install some of wildflour's much older mods and there was some warning about if you install these make sure to update all of them to their most recent versions or they won't work, which I did. I've since disabled two of them just in case- the tea and the wild food ones. It doesn't seem like these could be involved though because I didn't add them to the experimental new game file. Plus the warnings from the gnome mod were again present before I started having issues.

Sorry for the novel. I just have no idea how to move forward and I need Stardew in my life. Smapi logs below:

This was my initial smapi log:
SMAPI log parser - SMAPI.io

This is the most recent one after messing with the brackets as instructed by another user, disabling a few more, and reverting to the "newer" version of the seasonal garden farmhouse.
SMAPI log parser - SMAPI.io

Someone, please help?

This post has been edited to reflect that I saved the .json file successfully but it didn't impact performance. Current Smapi log updated.

Revert SMAPI to 3.18.4, that's fixed things for me.

Also, I would suggest not using Vortex to download mods, I've seen a few people posting about issues that vortex has caused.

Downgrading Smapi has made a HUGE difference- thank you so much!!!
Unfortunately I’m too dumb to mod without vortex so hopefully this will be enough to keep my issues at bay.
Seriously, thank you so much!! I could have sworn I’d tried this but I must not have cause my issues are basically gone. May your games always work perfectly. 🙏
