Do not have the cutscene with Clint for grandpa’s shed or the recipe for moss soup. Can’t even find or see grandpa’s shed anywhere on my farm. I play on switch.

If you mean the mastery cave, Clint has nothing to do with that. It’s found in cindersap forest, close to where you find Robin’s axe. There’s no cutscene, the door will open when you have mastered all skills.

There is no "grandpa's shed" in stardew valley. You may be getting unofficial mod content confused with the actual game. As for moss soup, I don't remember how that is unlocked. Probably want to consult the wiki
