Switch Unreachable pan spots

How do I reach that spot with the pan??? Am I missing something? Is this a know bug?
I already tried every possible spot and angle ... Happens several times during the day on random spots...

I'm currently on the latest version : 1.6.15.3

There are some spots you can’t reach, just like forage can spawn in inaccessible locations.

I've never gotten to the point I can enchant the pan, but have always wondered: Does putting the Reaching enchant on the pan let you access those far away pan locations?
