Windows Unfixable Screen Tearing

Ever since the 1.5 bug fixes, my pc gets screen tearing and my laptop which already screen tears from this game worsens. Vsync does not fix the issue on one device, windowed mode does. However, both methods add a significant amount of input lag making fishing impossible. Tried enabling high performance mode and setting tadk priority to high, does not work. Screen tears do not show up in screenshots, but they are severe and cause dizziness. Your screen tearing is very similar to mine, my trees are very wobbly whenever the camera moves and it does not stop no matter what.
