I had only one quest left in the journal, the quest "Raising Animals"; and when I unlocked the "The mysterious Qi" quest, the "Raising Animals" just left an empty quest entry.
Since I did not check the quest log for quite some time, I don't know when or how this happened.

There's no error log.. Maybe I did not see it?
This is the first time it happens, and I never completed the quest in 4 in-game years of gameplay, which could be the reason it disappeared? Additionnaly the windows version of my computer is very outdated if this could be a cause, it has not been updated since 2021 or around that time.
