Unable to upgrade to Big Coop

My mom is having problems with her Xbox game. She has played for a long time on her phone so she is well versed in how the game works. She added a coop to her property but when she went to upgrade it, the next upgrade (Big Coop) wasn’t an option. It only let her upgrade to a Delux Coop. When she did that, the automatic feeder won’t work. She tried again with a second coop. Just as before, as soon as Robin builds the first level, the next upgrade is no longer an option, and when she upgrades to Delux, the automatic feeder won’t work. She is also unable to buy rabbits because Marnie thinks she doesn’t have the Delux Coop since she wasn’t able to do the Big Coop upgrade in between. Please help.

Yes I will ask her. What type of screenshots would be helpful? Pictures of her at robins showing the big coop as not an option? Inside the coop?

The building she has now is a big coop. And they actually both look the same. None of them look like a coop or deluxe coop. What happens if she clicks the deluxe coop in Robins menu and selects the big coop for the upgrade?

I agree with Ereo, all the coops in those images look like big coops. And if she only has big coops, it makes sense that Robin would not give her an option for a Big Coop as there is no regular coop to upgrade to big. What happens if she tries to update one of those to a deluxe coop?

If there is any sort of coop upgrade, try selecting it and clicking the building again, if it doesn’t work then you can try the next. I don’t believe there would be a large enough bug that it completely removes an option and that only, it’s probably mislabeling or a misunderstanding.

Okay, it seems like you all have helped solve the problem. She is able to upgrade to the Delux coop so she is going to try that. I’m not sure where she got confused at, and I’m not familiar enough with the game to understand what was happening. Thanks for looking at it and recognizing what happened. I really appreciate it!
