Tunnel beside the entrance to thesummit

Does anyone have any idea about this tunnel above the spa? I can't find anyway to get in there. Thank you for the answer

Your attachment is broken but are you referring to the train tunnel? A train will go by occasionally and sometimes things will fall off the train.

There's nothing in there as it's an out-of-bounds location which can't be reached without using mods like NoClip or the sword swinging glitch. It's like those tunnels you'll occasionally see in the Mines which lead off to the upper left but you can't actually go in. The game's teasing us with things that mmmm cooooould be there but really aren't.
