Issue trying to load into game takes me back to title screen

I was adding and updating mods into my mods folder about an hour ago, and now when I try to load my game it pauses for a few seconds on the black loading screen then takes me back to the title screen and just starts the title screen "cutscene" thing again. I don't want to mess with my save just yet. I'm not good with error messages or code so I don't understand the error on SMAPI. Can anyone help me?
