Tropical Island Expansion?

This is another suggestion as dictated by my wild imagination  And sorry for my awkward English (not my first language).

This may come off as "too much" but I wish there's an ability for the player to travel to a tropical island with new content. So this island is frequently visited by Haley, since she likes the beach, summertime, and the tropical climate🌴; as well as other residents. The tropical island also has a new dungeon, a coastal cave where the player can mine, fight, and explore.

  1. New Plants - these new seeds are generally exotic/tropical plants, and can be bought from a little shop at the outskirts of the island, costing a little more money than the usual seeds in town.
    • 🍍Pineapple seeds (Summer)
    • 🍉Watermelon seeds (Summer)
    • 🥝Kiwi seeds (Fall)
    • 🍠Taro seeds (Fall)
    • 🌼Jasmin seeds (Spring)
    • 🌹Hibiscus seeds (Summer)
    • Onion seeds (Summer) - not really exotic/tropical, but maybe unlockable at Pierre's store after year 3?
    • Cabbage seeds(Spring) - same with Onion
    • Cucumber seeds (Fall) - same with above
    • Broccoli seeds (Fall) - same with above
    • Mangosteen sapling (Spring)
    • Papaya sapling (Spring)
    • Lemon sapling (Summer)
    • Mango sapling (Summer)
    • Dragonfruit sapling (Fall)
    • Jackfruit sapling (Fall)
  2. New recipe items:
    • Lemonbars
    • Onion rings
    • Pineapple pie
    • Mango pie
    • Vegetable fritters (cabbage)
    • Taro soup
    • Pickle (cucumber processed in the processing jar)
  3. New enemies(found in the new coastal cave dungeon):
    • Seagreen Slime - noted for their turquoise coloration.
    • Pink Slime
    • Sunset Slime - noted for their beautiful, pink to orange gradient coloration.
    • Fruit Jelly - a carnival of colors! Sometimes drops fruits.
    • Hungry Eel - an elongated ribbon of horrors! Drops eel and lava eel sometimes.
    • Antenna Angler - based on the anglerfish. This one has legs.
    • Tripod Terror - based on the tripod fish, this walks on the surface of the coastal cave.
    • Death Star - a walking starfish composed of several dead starfish which decided to band together.
    • Oarror - a gigantic monstrosity based on the oarfish.
    • Eldritch Abomination - A gigantic boss-like creature that can't be described properly. One can be met occupying the whole level of the coastal cave at floor intervals. It may call out small minions to aid it in its battle. Sort of like a boss battle. Marlon/Gil may give an incentive to the player for killing a certain amount of this creature.
  4. New gems/minerals:
    • Bloodstone
    • Moonstone
    • Sapphire
    • Turquoise
    • Lapis lazuli
    • Star piece - similar to iridium ore, this mineral is quite rare, and can only be found in abundance in the depths of the coastal cave. This sells quite high, and is thought to be of extraterrestrial origin. The galaxy sword is said to have created from this material.
  5. Establishments found in the tropical island:
    • Small camp area - contains several small tents, one of which the player can spend the night during his stay in the island.
    • Space observatory - a small observatory led by a geeky astronomer. A powerful telescope can be used by the player to observe constellations in the sky. At winter, the player can see the winter star, and at various times, several UFOs can be seen in the sky. This astronomer also collects Star piece, and in exchange, exclusive space-themed furniture can be obtained here, such as UFO toy, alien plush, miniature rocket, etc. He may also give a wonderful item when the player gives him a Strange capsule. Several books can also be read here, which details/hints about extraterrestrial sightings and events, as well as the details concerning the strange capsule, the Eldritch Horror in the coastal cave, etc.
    • Plant store - sells the aforementioned tropical/exotic seeds and saplings. It's ran by an elderly farmer who tends to a small tropical garden beside his shop.
    • Survival camp - a large tent selling survival food items (e.g., Survival Burger) as well as crafting items (e.g., Stone, Wood, Fiber), plus some medicines. They also sell recipes for new craftables. This is where the player will wake up when they got themselves killed in the coastal cave. This place is ran by an ex-soldier who's a former comrade of Kent during the war. A medical soldier also works here.
I just thought that this tropical island expansion may be a cool addition to the already-enjoyable content in Stardew Valley. It may not offer much content compared to my Zuzu City ideas, but this tropical island expansion may nevertheless offer a new side to the few hints of extraterrestrial that Stardew currently has.

You really thought about it in great detail, it's cool! :D I especially like that it expands on the alien part of stardew with the space observatory and all! Maru would love the place I bet!

Also seeing you put jasmin seeds, I suddenly wonder if we could make perfume with flowers... It'd take flowers and alcohol I think? I'd have to search it more...

I agree! Maru will surely love the island! :maru: The perfume idea was great, I suddenly thought about the residents having their own scent of preference, and then also a new craft item, potpourri, which can be a well-loved gift
