Solved triple shot espresso disappearing

im on switch 1.6, everything is up to date, but i had 28 espressos before i had left the game yesterday, but when i logged back to my save today they were gone? i checked all my chests in the valley and in ginger island. thought it was weird so i just bought more coffees to make more triple shot, i made 18 of those and when i woke up the next day in game they were gone as well. what can i do?

That's so odd, I play switch and have triple shot expressos in my inventory all the time and it doesn't dissapear.
Were you playing multi-player at all? Is it possible to take a video of you going to bed with the triple shot espressos and then waking up without them?

im strictly a single player, but i can try to take a video. i'll make more and put them in a designated chest this time to see if it happens again
