My mod A Toned Down Stardew Valley desaturates and and subtles up a lot of the exteriors and interiors. Dunno if that's what you're looking for but yeah.

If you are into floral aesthetic there's Flower Valley mod with Eemie's medieval buildings...been obsessed with this mod lately
