My toolbar won't scroll properly sometimes. I scroll and it resets to where it was when I started. Sometimes it scrolls but when I select an item it chooses a different item instead. I haven't noticed a pattern to when this happens and I either have to try to scroll for a couple of minutes or restart before it will work properly. I have a video, but I don't know how to add an extension.
