There are two types of inputs in Stardew Valley:
1.) Use tool: Left-click or 'C'
2.) Check/Do Action: Right-click or 'X'
By holding 'X' and Left-click, you can send these inputs at the same time and drastically speed up certain tasks.
Unloading/loading kegs and crab pots, planting seeds (multiple rows at a time), etc.
*Edit: it's even able to catch up with +2 speed buff without the need to pause as seen in clip 2
