Windows Time out of Sync on server after switching hosts

Hello,

My friends and I just started a dedicated server from a hosting company, we tried to upload our existing save file and it would fail every time and load a new farm but it would work locally.
The only way I was able to get it working was to use the new save file created by the server and copy our characters over as farmhands, which worked for the most part.

Our main host got her house moved to the empty one we had before but that's not an issue.

However, a few things are broken: train progress, the quest board outside Lewis' house, got rain in the winter, some in game quests, crashes on festivals but especially the timing.
I think its because we used the new file as server host and it reset time.

Had the issue with the miner blocking the mines, the Joja mart NPC showed up in Pierre's shop, etc..

Is there a way to make the game/server sync time up to where our progress is? or if anyone can help me edit the files for that to work?
