time not relying on game translations

so basically i live in poland, where we use military time (24 hour clock) and not civilian (12 hour clock) and as there is no polish translation to the game i have to use the english version, which of course, uses the 12 hour clock that i am not comfortable with using (and probably some other people too)

As an American who prefers the 24 hour clock system, I would also love the option to change the clock.

I don't think it should rely on translation, I think it should just be toggle-able in settings.
