Creator Response Tiles cut incorrectly

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post but I received my board game today and #3 of my tile boards is misprinted or miscut. Everything is off by about half an inch. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like I can use the tiles because half of the names and the amount of gold is cut off. Please let me know if I should bring this issue to someone else's attention! I'm so disappointed but I know you guys will make it right! Thank you!

Sorry to hear you had that issue. Please get in touch with Cole, the game's creator, via https://shop.stardewvalley.net/pages/contact-us. Make sure to include your order # when filling out the form. (Cole is active here too, but issues like this should be sent there to ensure it is seen by the right person and gets a response).

My copy had the same tile cut issue, sent an email 4 days ago and have not received any response :/.

Yeah what tbowne85 said, just be patient - Cole has a lot on his hands right now with all these quality problems that are being reported! Also, I think that they might still be working on getting the game shipped out to everyone who ordered one from the first batch...

Yeah, I'm sorry about the delays! For full transparency I am personally going through every single email. Some people are messaging Quartermaster directly (which is also fine, depending on the issue - many many FedEx shipping issues unfortunately, I think they were impacted by the extreme weather). Thanks for your patience!
