Solved there are gifts appearing in the 'loved gifts' but i've never given them

I think this is a bug, it's saying I gave Jodi pancakes and crispy bass but I don't even know how to make those yet, and it's doing the same thing for a bunch of other NPCs! It also shows that I gave a bunch of gifts to Emily I've never even owned half of those gifts, it's also showing gifts for characters i've never given gifts too???
