Android The spouse 14 hearts don't appear on the npc's list

I don't know If it's a bug but I got married to Haley and when I looked to see how many hearts I have with the npc's her hearts where showing only 10, sorry for bad English it's not my first language

This happened with my little brother when he was playing, I restarted the game and such, but nothing I seem to do fixes it.
