1.6 Update The problem with cross-platform gaming

Hello, while playing on Android, I wanted to play on PC, I uploaded the saves to PC, everything worked. After an evening of playing, I uploaded the saves back to Android, but the game simply does not see the saves, I suspect that this problem is due to differences in the versions of the game, After all, on PC the game is 1.6 and newer, and on Android 1.5. I understand that there are no options to play on both platforms?

Currently not, no. A 1.6 game can read a 1.5 file, but not the other way around. There is simply content added to your file now that the game doesn’t recognise.

Usually there are but the game is currently updated on one of the devices and not the other, while files can update they cannot downgrade.

While we wait for 1.6 to come onto mobile however, you can go into steam and opt into the 1.5.6 downgrade beta so you are effectively playing 1.5.6 on both platforms, this will allow you to move files back and forth whenever and still play on both platforms, just don't play the mobile file on 1.6.
