Issue The game doesn't save during the night and crashes

Hey hey :) I am looking for advice, how to troubleshoot problem I am having with my stardew valley saves :) The current version of the game is 1.6.5 and the smapi version is 4.0.7. All of my mods are updated according to smapi log (there is one error for the mod which i don't use and smapi just skips that, but I've never had an issue with this particular one before). However I am able to play only like 2 days in a game without issues and then on 3rd day when I sent my character to sleep the game doesn't save and crashes. I saw in the log that the content patcher shows some warning for the mods i deleted however I am not sure, if this is causing me the issues? Would anyone be so kind and have a look at the attached link with SMAPI error log and provide me with an advice how to fix it?
