I just got my cellar "yesterday" in game. Today, I've just been decorating away in preparation for my wedding and my modded up emo hubby-to-be and his chicken to moving in....and I just noticed my cellar stairs are gone. I use Better Chests, so my chest attached to my casks down there is still accessible...so I know the cellar still "exists". But no stairs. So I can't decorate it, or....set out more casks since I packed the extras inside that chest and they only work IN the cellar apparently. As far as I know I don't have any mods full-on editing the map, but I'm not sure, so here's my SMAPI log.
I'll give it a shot soon though. Those were both installed long before I upgraded to have the cellar and it does reappear in the morning.
