Pam was on the island on Fall 10. I only know this because I warped to the Desert, and drove myself back on Fall 10 to find Pam gone and a sign there.
When I went to the bus stop on Fall 11, Pam's sign had moved. I left it alone, taking a screenshot to report it later. Then on Fall 12, Pam went to the island again, and now there are 2 signs. The older sign appears to be cut off, though.
I am on a Google Pixel 6, Android 14, SDV version 1.6.11.0. I'm not sure if it makes a difference, but my save was a mobile 1.4 save that was upgraded to 1.5, and then again to 1.6.
