Is there anything sensible we can spend the coins from the casino on? What do people prefer, or don't you go in there at all?

Have never done anything in there before, but yesterday on a max luck day, ate a lucky lunch and bought 100 coins, and kept playing. First 10 coins each, and later moved over to 100 each spin. I now have 131,000. Could buy an army of scarecrows, but that doesn't seem very useful

Technically you can buy hardwood fences and sell them for money, but it's pretty slow real-time-wise unless you use RNG manipulation to repeatedly double your coins in blackjack.

You have purely accidentally glossed over the whole point of the Casino but deep down you realized its true purpose. The Casino was added to the game so you can display your extensive and heavily labored-over Hat collection at full size, and wherever you see fit.

I mean you only get 2 doves— kids! 2 kids to display Hats on. Meh, in the Farmhouse. That's OK I guess... Nobody gets more than 1 Horse to enhatenate as the Stable's shape just doesn't match the aesthetic of a nice display Farm. Plus, can you imagine the smell of a whole phalanx of Hosses?? *shudder*. And while the Sea Urchins are way cool for Hat display, you're again stuck inside and, well, the Hats are just so damn small! Plus those other shallow Fish are all jealous of being nonhatworthy and always covering up the Urchins at every opportunity.

You, my friend, have the solution at your fingertips! Access to all the Alien Rarecrows and their place-anywhere real-size ful•ly o•per•a•tion•al Hattenation capabilities with nothing limiting the power of your own imagination. You have the power.

I think the casino is also a fun place to spend money if you're, say, late game and have tons of cash to spend on not much else. Sure, you might not have anything you want to buy from the merchant, but it's still fun to play the games.

Found something now about farm totems, deconstructors, honey and kegs, but that seems like an aweful lot of work.

Perhaps this lot should get some company instead?

For all of my blathering along in that previous post, I usually only get the one Alien Rarecrow for Deluxe Pirate Hat public display on those days that society peer-pressures me into removing it from my noggin to be replaced with something else. Like on Spirit's Eve or the Flower Dance. Yeah yeah also Wedding day, y'know if I actually remember...

But thanks to Pangaearocks, I've for the first time taken the Casino seriously and am on the second Rarecrow after of course purchasing the Top Hat. It makes me look taller. Which is why the Pirate Hat is really not OK whereas the Deluxe Pirate Hat is the Objet de Désir. The floofy plume makes me taller. No, not 'look'.

I am taller.

In that it gives me the tallerance to deal with you beanpoles looking down at me.

Being that rich, you could also just feed an impulsive gambling addiction. I've heard that that always works out well... at least at the end of it all you'll still have your scarecrows to keep you company.

You can only put hats on the alien scarecrow and "technically" not all of them as you cannot place a copper pan on the head of the alien scarecrow.
