Android The bug that appears when I try to run it gets laggy or framedrops.

When I run sometimes the frame drop or it gets laggy while I keep runnin. Then when I stop and run again it gets back smoothly when I try to run again then it happens again.And when I go to another area or going outside and inside it keeps happening so often. I keep re install & reset my phone, unfortunately it won't fix. I'm sad..
