1.6 Update That's a lot of fish!

Had been stuffing them away to smoke later, and with 12 smokers (needed a day fishing for cave jelly) and a batch or three per day, it went fine. Time to hand them in I think 😅

Unless my calc skills are off, it is 796 fish. Which makes for an average of ~918 :g:. I will definitely say some smokers are worth it

Heck with a lot of fish, that's a lot of coal! Were you harvesting the Secret Woods every day and putting everything into the wood chipper/charcoal kiln pipeline for that or what?

Haha, true. It's also a lot of coal. I got some coal from hunting sprites in the mine, and also from the quarry. But that wasn't enough, mainly due to finally filling a shed with preserve jars in late year 3. Those are 8 coal each. Madness. So I've probably bought a 1000 coal off Clint, including 200 before the price went up.

It's partly why I didn't smoke fish unless the base value was around 180. It then felt worth it, even if I had to pay Clint 250g for coal.

Mostly I just like this part of the game, the fishing, and it's cool that we can boost the value a bit now in 1.6. Before, fishing fell off after the early game, but now it's quite nice 🙂
