I'm not sure if this is a bug or just an intended design (i.e., forbid all special characters), but thought to highlight it anyway in case it was just an oversight -
Text Sign allows apostrophes to be entered as value, but the apostrophes do not get displayed.
Things like Wendy's are effectively displayed as Wendy s.
