Tea set madness

I can't believe what has happened it's the third year in a row that I get a tea set, then again I guess after 10 years in one save all the villagers have left is tea sets to give, but still kinda weird.
Not complaining about though.

I've gotten only 3 on my year 14 save

I have none Tea Sets in about 20 or so Winter Star Festivals though I have only a single save past Winter Star Year 3 if accumulated RNG plays any role (I don't think it does). Have another coming in a few in-game days in that longest save (Year 5) so my hopes are high even as my expectations are not.
