I’m all about coffee! I love starting my day with a fresh brew—it really helps me wake up and get focused. The smell alone is enough to make me feel energized. I’ll sometimes switch to tea in the afternoon when I want something a bit lighter, but nothing beats a strong cup of coffee in the morning for me.

I will take my caffeine vehicle in whatever shape or form that is most convenient. Which is coffee as I know how to self-dose in the proper manner.

Apparently some incompetent people (me!) are unable to self-dose their caffeine in the black tea delivery format without overreacting to it, I think I steep it too long.

Whatever. When you find you're useless at something, do something else!

Responsible coffee drinker? Show off! I used to drink so much coffee when I was in school and working that I like constantly had a cup with me alongside a water bottle for balance day and night 24/7. I have cut way back from those days but still 4 cups or so. I just love the taste. It’s sooo yummy. I take mine strong and black with just a smidge of milk to cool it so I can drink it more quickly.

Better for my tastebuds? COFFEE!

Better for health? TEA!

I drink both, although i am ashamed to admit coffee is dragging me down faster...

I drink decaffeinated coffee and decaffeinated tea. Also, kombucha made from decaffeinated tea.
I love herbal teas, especially those that are brewed on fresh mint/balm mint/garden sage tea - and of course roiboos.
:coffee:

A glass of lactose-free milk or a plant-based alternative is a nice drink, too.
Not big fan of soft drinks, but Coca-Cola zero-zero is OK, as well as rose lemonade.
I also like freshly-squezed fruit juices!

I used to be a coffee fiend 😅 but I'm very sensitive to caffeine so I stopped. I'll have a cup every now and then. Tea is also good, love just unsweetened or sweet tea

I'm a tea man, but do like coffee latte when visiting cafes. Have bought a wide range of tea leaves, proper leaves, and "brew" it in a special container.

Often I drink green teas of some mint variety, or more black chais. Also like herbal or fruit taste, which technically isn't tea, but is fresh and great.

Since I'm not used to it, black coffee is too strong, and my heart can start racing. So tea it is!
