Tea bushes won't grow in greenhouse

I have around 4 tea bushes in my greenhouse, and they all are spaced out for one tile. They haven't been growing, and it's been 2 seasons but they are still a little baby sapling. Is there something wrong with the condition, or is one tile not enough?

They only produce tea leaves the last few days of the month. They never get very large though.

In addition to what @LoveElliotsHair and @Zen_the_Ogre said, tea bushes don't need to be spaced apart, they'll grow fine right next to each other.

And the best thing is they don't have to get watered.

To illustrate what our friends said above, @junimofarm99 if you tea bushes look like this:

, then they are already fully grown (remember: they are bushes, not trees). They get extra bright green leaves on their top the last week of each season (except winter if planted outdoor) that you can gather: the tea leaves.
