Tapper Recipe Not Available

I am having issues with finding the tree tapper recipe. I am already foraging level 10 and still do not seem to have the recipe?

It should be on the next page of the menu. Did you scroll down? Can you take pictures of all pages?

As ereo already said, the building menu is scrollable, it has that small arrow on the right to indicate roughly what page you're on and you can use the scroll wheel on your mouse to navigate up and down.

Yeah. I play on the Switch, and it took me FOREVER to find those arrows. I dunno why. It's actually really weird.
