1.6 Update Tapped trees in the greenhouse

I grew the 'giant fern varient' of green rain tree in the greenhouse and put a heavy tapper on it. It produced a fiddlehead fern daily, except it's suddenly stopped now it's winter. I have tapped mystic trees in there too, those are still fine. Anyone else had this happen?

No, I actually didn’t know you could grow those in the greenhouse! I mainly have all the fruit trees for quests & G and grapes for the junimos.

I wonder if this is a bug or intentional.
I see a lot of parallels between Mushroom Tree and this particular variant of Green Rain Tree -
1. If chopped not completely, Spring comes along they will both grow back into full trees
2. Only produces in Spring, Summer, Fall (outside)
3. Becomes "chopped" look during Winter (outside)

I am almost certain it is because it was supposed to be "chopped" and "non-producing", that it isn't producing in Winter even in Greenhouse.

Yep, you just have to plant them in the soil, fruit trees seem to be the only ones you can plant around the sides.

Yeah, I think it currently believes it's just a stump. I'll see if it starts producing again in spring. I'll pop it in the bug reports.

I think that's definitely a bug, all tree mechanics should behave as if it were their season of production in the greenhouse, definitely report it
