[SVExpanded] Flower Dance Leads to Empty Forest Area

Hello, I recently installed the Stardew Valley Expanded mod and reached the Flower Dance Festival. But every time, whenever I walk into the area where it takes place, I'm led to an empty forest instead with no one around. I only have dialogue modscosmetic mods (like character clothing), and the birthday mod downloaded along with everything else needed for SVE to run. Did I install a mod wrong somewhere or is there maybe something conflicting with it? I don't get anything saying there's an error.
