SVE Fresh Install Error

Hello . I have just installed SVE on my steam deck and am receiving this error . I verified the integrity of my files and it reaquired 2 files . After this occurred the game no longer launches using smapi despite it being located in the same place . Any help would be greatly appreciated .

To add more insight . I also uninstalled and reinstalled smapi following these errors . This launched the game using smapi but I received the same error for SVE as before and then upon verifying integrity of files again there were 2 files missing same as before . Once required the game would not launch using smapi .
