Stuck on ginger island.

So I played this game before many times and this time something odd happened I'm on Ginger Island I've gotten plenty of the golden walnuts to open up the farm and there's no birds it's just the stump there the turtles there and I can't seem to get him to move because I can't pay the walnuts to the dang birds that aren't there any insight?

The parrots appear in order. Have you paid the parrot in Leo's hut and have you discovered the volcano?

Yeah I figured it out I'm sorry I meant to post here I have a very bad memory what it was was I hadn't fixed the boat and that I hadn't gotten enough hearts with Willie to unlock things I fixed it it was in a mod that I had to fix it
