Issue stuck in greenhouse walls

hi there im having trouble getting out of the walls of my greenhouse after upgrading, ive looked at my smapi logs but nothing pops up when i enter, is there any way to fix it? ive looked through my mods but nothing includes the greenhouse, pls help!

found the issue it was the dynamic windows ;-;
