Windows Stuck in Event - Multiplayer

I was playing on Local Co-Op and we went to the Fall Fair, but during the event, a player disconnected and was not able to re-connect.

I (the host) was then stuck in the Event and when trying to leave, it just said "Waiting for other players (1/2)" and never let me leave. I had to force quit my game, losing all of the days progress.

/kick <player> did not work

There should be a forced time-out (like 30 seconds) that allows the host to continue, without having to be in limbo waiting on a non-existent player to leave.

having the same issue, doesn't seem like it's been fixed. At least don't drop us from the host if our internet has a minor hiccup ;-;

I completely relate to your frustration! I experienced the same issue during a local co-op session. When a player disconnected, I got stuck waiting forever, unable to leave the event.
