Issue String text in option menu, what's causing it?

I'm playing stardew on windows and have quite a few mods installed. My options menu is looking pretty funky, didn't start happening until like yesterday. Anyone have an idea of what kind of mod could be causing it? My game takes a long time to boot up so I wanted to get some advice before I go in and try to blindly trial and error removing mods. My knowledge of mods isn't the best, but I'd certainly try updating these before you start removing anything:

I've updated those and it wasn't the problem.
