Streamlined Item Quality - Drop the quality of most items to ease inventory management

I was very annoyed at picking up forageables or shells and very quickly running out of the inventory space because of all the different qualities any item can have.
This mod aims to streamline the amount of quality items you collect in the game, while trying to not completely change or overhaul the game balance.
