Steam deck troubke

Not sure where to post this, hoping this is an okay place. I play on steam deck, and I accidentally disabled game pad settings in the settings menu. This of course immediatly stopped me from being able to do anything as the steam deck is a game pad as far as controls are concerned. Here’s what I’ve done so far with no result.
Reinstalled the game, tried touch screen only (cant access the settings from main menu or in game without the shortcut key). Tried accessing my world on a pc and enabling game pad settings.

Hoping someone can help me get it so I can play again on steam deck. Thank you!

Sure i have been through the same issue once but manged to solved it some how like here's what you can do:

1. If you have access to an external controller or mouse, you can connect it to your Steam Deck and use it to navigate to the settings menu and re-enable gamepad settings. This will allow you to regain control and make the necessary changes.
2. If all else fails, you can try resetting your Steam Deck to its default settings. This will erase any personalized configurations, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding. To perform a factory reset, consult the documentation or support resources specific to your Steam Deck model.
