StardewModdingAPI Won't Launch - Black Screen

[valmasy]

Hi - my stardewmoddingAPI won't launch. It creates a black screen and a continuous loading circle cursor. The normal "unmodded" stardew will load. So, I deleted all my mods and then the game. Downloaded the new smapi and it still won't launch.
