Premise: Cryptids of the Valley content expansion.
There's a weird noise that the game plays when it’s a rainy day, and I hate that no one (that I know of) has used it for anything so I’M going to use it for something.
SV: UV adds Cryptids in certain areas, and dates, fights and exploration, Lore in relation to the hunters' guild and the grandpa, new characters that you can meet (and date) in the new areas: Ruins, houses, ranches and even a dungeon, a couple of new items and maybe another evil mega corporation or villain for it.
We must remember that Demetrious tells us how the valley is not normal and is extremely fertile due to many MANY meteorites that impacted that area, to date they impact constantly and that is not normal.​
  • Cryptids:
The core part of this mod, at friend’s request, these unlock -magic- of some kind? yet to be determined. One thing to mention is that a couple of these are “guardians” of certain areas. Others are creatures that if the requirements are met and you are curious enough you will be able to see them or they will see you, it all depends on whether you match or not, involving the forgotten Rasmodius and also Linus who is Mr. Nature (Junimos and mermaids can't be the only magical creatures, right?).
  1. I didn't want to call it leviathan: Maybe called Lothan or something, but if it's going to be a sea creature, it would be best not to give it a design and leave it as a BIG dark spot in the water, i had thought for this that its conditions were:
    1. Lots of fishing (level)
    2. Fishing when it rains
    3. Let it be late (already dark)

    If this is fulfilled, the cryptid will PULL you into the water, thus giving you a taste of the open sea area or even an underwater area (only accessible with "The call of Lothan" or when the conditions are met. It would be fun perhaps if the first encounter was like a trip on those boats that pull you to ski on the water but fill your inventory with algae and the occasional abyssal fish.
    A possible event or way to gain friendship could be by dropping a special item during the night market submarine mission and having the seabed replaced by a single mega eye or millions of them, and from there you get the blessing of the sea.
  2. StoneTail: To explore the reward of completing the aquarium further, inside the mountain deep within there is a spring in which our cryptid resides, THIS thing it's the one that makes that noise when it rains, it's eyes are like a piece of starry sky, dances when it sees you and many more things
  3. The Furghast's: These will swarm the player and are virtually immortal, dragging you deep in to the mountain mines and giving you a glimpse of the underground (and its cryptid).
  4. The wendigo: Hostile autumn creature that appears at the Hollowseve festival perhaps. In the long run, if you already are a friend with other creatures, they contain it or kill it (to be determined)
    the culprit that the other cryptids are separated, in trouble, locked up or with a bad reputation, huge, evil, has a bone to pick with our grandfather, Linus, Rasmodious and Hera (new character, non-datable).
  5. The Skinwalker: Yes, eh, no, believe me, it is not convenient for him to be free, a store is locked up in a "deep spring." And yes, it tells you to let it out on many occasions, in fact it would be good if it granted missions that have its strike system: you will have to evaluate whether you grant it the object it asks for or deny it, if it is released it will be very bad for you, will take an important NPC or your current love interest and won't return until you lock him up again, and yes you could become friends and help you get an ending for the next big company interested in stardew valley
  6. Hollow Warden: Tall and lanky, feral rake like creature, It only appears when the day is foggy, He has a pretty short temper so don't bother him or it will be "lights out" for you.
  7. Dolmoran: A huge stone creature, I haven't thought about it doing much, but on it's back lives another new love interest, plus the goliath could crush you if you're not careful, and yes from here you could get another blessing
  8. Za'Khet: a spiky thorn mummy condemned to count all grains of the desert.
  9. Snow claw: You find it in a cave in the tundra, only its hand will be visible dragging the food you leave it (it eats cows)
  10. Scurriest: a cockroach-Rat hybrid, its ugly, too resistent and IT flies
  11. The Akhlut: A killer whale-wolf hybrid, new mount, faster, hungrier, and the coolest around.
There is still much to discuss but in this mod the grandfather was a monster hunter in his golden younger years before meeting his wife and dedicating himself to agriculture and livestock.

The Hunters Guild is not for the mine/dungeon monsters, they are the ones who take care of Cryptids and even more dangerous creatures. When we see Marlon for the first time he always goes to check the mine tunnels not for the slimes, bats or skeletons but for his friend (new npc), who belongs to the underground people. He is afraid of the underground people, not the monsters, his friend is one of the few if not the only one who is friendly (and handsome)
This and Even more Cryptids are missing but im tired, next post it's the juicy one, the new NPC's
