Stardew valley on 2015 macbook air

Hello, I am planning to buy Stardew valley on Steam using an early 2015 Macbook air.

This is the laptop spec :
Processor : 1,6 GHz Dual-core intel Core i5
Memory : 4 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

do you think my laptop can run stardew valley smoothly? i'm a little doubtful because the minimum spec for macbook on Steam is 2 GHz while my laptop is 1.6 GHz. Im afraid that stardew valley will lag on my laptop.

Hi gan1i and Welcome to the Forums! I just updated to the latest version of Stardew on my 2015 13" Macbook Pro which is not much different from your Air of the same year. Your CPU and the built-in video are not a problem but I thought having 4GB of memory might be. But my 8GB model had more than 4GB free while Stardew was running, and it was only using a fraction of the CPU so you should be perfectly fine on your MacBook Air.
