Issue Stardew Valley Expanded

I seem to always have issues with mods for some reason. So basically I tried updating SMAPI to the latest version but it wasn't working and I had to go back to version 3.13.1 but now I updated SVE and my shop tile framework mod is not working as well as the SAAT mod which is now required. Please help, the log is below:

I would start here, by removing any duplicate mods you have installed:

These mods could not be added to your game.
- Stardew Valley Expanded - Shop Tile Framework because you have multiple copies of this mod installed. To fix this, delete these folders and reinstall the mod: Mods\[STF] Stardew Valley Expanded, Mods\[TMX] Stardew Valley Expanded.
- Grandpa's Farm because you have multiple copies of this mod installed. To fix this, delete these folders and reinstall the mod: Mods\[CP] Grandpa's Farm, Mods\Grandpa's Farm\[CP] Grandpa's Farm.

It also looks like you still need to install Custom Music: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/3043.
