Stardew Valley Expanded Tree Spawn Bug

Hello everybody. I have a bad bug about trees, bushes, stones etc. after started using Stardew Valley Expanded. I started using it my save and I realised that, some trees, rocks, bushes etc. are spawning on the houses and farms (only stardew valley expanded areas) I don't want to start a new save. Is there anything to solve it ?

I'm currently away from my home computer, so I don't exactly recall the wording in it but I believe there is an option in the Generic Mod Config menu for Stardew Valley Expanded that allows you to reset the overlays for the trees, etc.

I couldn't found it on mod configuration menu. I need help about that.
