Solved Stardew Valley Expanded is not working even though I have everything installed

Hi, so from what I can tell. I have evertyhing I need installed and updated, yet when stardew loads, it seems to be vanilla Stardew. I have my SMAPI logs here: https://smapi.io/log/ffbc9248470340e4a91f48641f030624

Any help would be so greatly appreciated because I am really not sure what is wrong.
