Stardew Valley Expanded downloaded on MacOS but the game launches with no change

Hello! I went onto Nexus to download the mods, and also made sure not to download both Grandpa's and Immersive farm (I heard you can't download both). I've redownloaded all the mods a few times but the game still looks the same as vanilla.
Here is my Smapi log.

I'm confused by the YouTube and guides online because they're typically for Windows and not Mac.
Please help! I really want to play expanded. :(

It seems like you didn't download the Mod:Stardew Valley Expanded itself?...
In your smapi log it didn't appear; and in your Mod File (picture 2nd?) there's no SVE mod in it.
The "Grandpa's ... " & "Immersive ..." got to rely on the SVE mod as a base to run.

I've attached the picture as the file of the mod itself.

I downloaded the expanded but it still works the same. D: Just forgot to add it in the third time I tried

Hmm, I took a second look of your Log and it seems like even the "Content Patcher" & "Farm Type Manager" don't show up in your SMAPI log.

I'm a Mac user too and I'm using Steam to run the game, and all the mods should be put in "...Stardew Valley/Contents/MacOS/Mods" file.
Maybe you could double check that if you're putting the mods in the right filepath?
(If you do, then just forget this reply and I hope someone else could figure out why they don't show up... :P)

It worked! My Mods file was placed next to the Content farm, I moved it to the file path you suggested.
