Stardew Valley Expanded DLL Can't be loaded???!!??!

Hi, my name is ItsAlonPlayz and I am trying to run Stardew Valley Expanded but it says it can't be loaded because the DLL couldn't be loaded. Here is the error:

[SMAPI] - Stardew Valley Expanded 1.14.18 because its DLL couldn't be loaded.
